Hello! I'm Luke, a personal trainer specialing in fat loss, strength gain, and mobility work.
I've always had a passion for health and fitness. However, around 6 years ago I went 'off the rails' and found myself weighing over 19 stone, and barely able to tie my shoelaces! Thankfully I managed to lose over 5 stone in the following 9 months and have kept it off since - using the methods I have developed and now share to help others feel happier and more confident in the vessel we use to navigate life!
My programmes are personalised so the contents are dependant on the client's goals, current fitness, and time constraints but generally include; a mindfulness practice/meditation, getting the body moving by walking, yoga, bodyweight exercises, kettlebells etc. and also focusing on fueling the body correctly with real food.
I believe that structure, routine, and consistency are key to getting results and are therefore a big advocate of tech as a powerful tool to assist in your efforts. I recommend using apps such as my coaching app along with Myfitnesspal to keep on top of nutrition.
