So I made a prediction for change in one my recent posts,and I must say I’m pretty sure I wasn’t expecting so many curved balls in the name of change to come my way!!

First up I spose in the change double chaser is Eiderdown. After 10 months of honing our skills as cover band “Eiderdown” Jo our lead singer has decided to up and leave for Bournmouth. It does seem very against the flow but fair play, I say shes gotta do what shes gotta do but unfortunatly she will be damn hard to replace. Apparently we have someone already who is very keen ready to step in but its a shame becuase I know alot of bands start out covering the music they like and go onto write and record together, and to be honest the mix is/was just right with Eiderdown so its a shame we wont get round to doing our own stuff with Jo!!!

I found it very ironic tho that at the same time she told me she was off, I was telling her about a band op that has come up for me. Now I defintaly didn’t expect to have the choice at 29 to join a rock band in London, so its kinda hit me outta the blue, specially after the last 6 months. It seems I have sorted my life out, with some success I must say, I now live in a pretty nice flat, I got out of a dead end job into a pretty good job!! I’ve got a great girlfriend, i’m still skint!!! but you know, its the proper grown up stuff.

So jacking it all in for a unknown band in London has me excited but maybe its a little too crazy!! but maybe not!!! I could certainly justify going to London for my career! My girlfriend who has just finished her Graphic Design course would benefit massively from being up there. God its a scary thought… but a crazy almost genuis move of genius if it came off…
